On behalf of the Te Wananga O Aotearoa, Open Wananga Tainui Rohe, I would like to thank you very much for your support in putting together our team-building event – we had a fantastic couple of days in Tauranga! You both were extremely flexible and accommodating with our bookings and planning leading up to our visit and then when we arrived, we received great service and more than adequate accommodations for the two-days that we were with you. The feedback from the team rated the accommodation as 5 out of 5! The rooms were wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. The way you were able to handle our catering needs and chargeback everything to one account made our finance team very happy!

I spent 4 nights in a One Bedroom Suite with my daughter. The room had a TV, the telephone calls were low cost, great spa bath with lots of hot water, and useful mini-bar The motel was clean, quiet and very well run. Great location, just a short walk to the Strand, where all the restaurants are. We will definitely stay there again.

We spent two nights at Durham Motor Inn along with three other couples. As others have noted, they are the perfect hosts, friendly and helpful regarding Tauranga and local attractions. They recommended excellent dinner locations both evenings we were there. We would gladly stay again.
The central location is very convenient, the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean and of a good size.
Car parking was free and convenient, as it is right outside the door. We all ordered breakfast each morning, which was well cooked and tasty. It was a nice touch to have plunger coffee in the room.

Stayed two nights and found this motel to be very comfortable. It is close to shops and restaurants. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Our unit had every thing expected in this price range. Will stay here again
